Iro Haarla has been performing in solo concerts since year 2000. She plays her own compositions, which can be described as lyrical and emotional. Her instrument in solo concerts is usually piano, but sometimes also concert harp. She has performed e.g International Piano Jazz Festival in Prague (2001), Tour in Japan (2002), Malmitalo, Helsinki, Finland (2003), Musica Futura Jazz Festival, Porvoo, Finland (2006).
